 Hey Everyone, Well, the second book in the Tale of Ælfric has been published a little earlier than expected, though this does not mean my short story has been accepted. I'm still waiting on a response there. Looking back on the magazine's website, it looks like it could be between two to three months as the average response time, so it's possible that it will be after the expected publication date, hence why I decided now than any other time to publish the book. I only have four pages left in the second round of edits for the third book in the series, afterwards only one or two other rounds of edits before I expect it's ready for publication, not coming until around this time next year, more than enough time for far more than one or two rounds of edits to take place T.R.  Hey Everyone, I know it's a slightly delayed Friday post. This is because I was thinking over what I could add to this post that's not the typical update I have been making recently. Unfortunately, that's not the case. I'm still going over the edits for the third book in the Tale of Ælfric series, the second book should be able to be published soon, though the short story has not been accepted nor denied yet. Once I do have some larger news to share, I will definitely add it to one of the weekly logs, unless it's a piece of news that requires a sooner post. T.R. Infanger

 Hey Everyone, Yet again a slow week, I'm still keeping up with the short story I submitted, still no news to say about it. The third book of the Tale of Ælfric series is going good. I cannot say there will be a single book within this series that can be seen as better than any other. My belief is that the series will remain average at best with no traits making it an influential piece of work. I do hope to finish the story, however, as there's still plenty for me to write before I can consider the story as finished. T.R. Infanger

 Hey Everyone, Well, I'm still in the process of editing, as usual, with no updates to the short story. The magazine I sent the short story into does have a status page to keep me noted if it's been denied or accepted (which it's still in the received stage, so processing). I'm about halfway done with the second round of editing to the third Ælfric book. I expect I'll need another round or two of edits at least before I can consider the book to be finished, so it's a good thing the book won't be expected to be published until early august of next year, giving more than enough time for this. This is mostly due to the fact that it feels, for me anyway, there are points in the story that need greater amount of detail than what I expected out of this book. Hopefully I'll be able to see myself satisfied with this effort I'll put in, especially since this is the first book series that I'm placing effort into (so clearly won't be my best work compar...

 Hey Everyone, It's been a slow week for the work. As usual, I have been working on editing the third book of the Tale of Ælfric series with steady progress made each day. I'm still waiting on a response for the short story I submitted. As it's submitted back on the 6th of this month, I expect a response to be coming any day now, if it's accepted that is, given that the general time of response is between two to six weeks. T.R.  Hey Everyone, The largest item this week is the first round of editing for the third book in the Tale of Ælfric series is finished and I'll start going over it a second time tomorrow and, hopefully it could be finished by the end of June at the latest. I don't know if a third round of editing will be done yet, I'll know for certain close to the end of the second round. I'm still waiting on a response to the short story I've sent in. There is some criticism I have to my own work, so I can't give a clear point if it's a story worth being accepted to any magazine, and may be published in a collection of short story works in the far future once I have enough short stories to publish a book.  Hey Everyone, I apologize once more for the delay in this post. I shouldn't be missing and posts here as I have nothing going on that would cause me to miss making these posts. Although I did miss the post for friday by two days, there's nothing important to take note about. I'm still waiting on the response from the magazine I sent the short story into and still am working on the edits to the third Ælfric book. I do hope, someday, there'll be more exciting updates to post about than this, but that's just how writing is, a lot of patience for a single piece of work. T.R. Infanger
